Hi! I'm Tara. I created Fairytale Hair and Makeup. I have always dreamed of my wedding day. And love the whole Fairytale that comes along with it. I grew up in a salon and actually did my first bride at the age of 8. I got my cosmetology license and started my career on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Eventually ended up in Malibu. Which I have been there since 2000. I have worked with a list of celebrity clients. But I wanted to get more involved in the wedding industry. I loved doing special event hair and wanted to do more. So I started Fairytale Hair and Makeup in 2002. At first it was just myself and a makeup artist. Then I was overwhelmed by the response, so we had to expand. I also created the Fairytale Studio in Ventura, Ca. After I established a crew in Southern California. My eyes were set on the wedding capitol of the world, Las Vegas. Then recently we have grown toNorthern California. I just want to keep expanding. But I will only grow with professionals that have the same love and talent for this industry as I do.
Meredith Stedman has been working as a professional makeup artist for over ten years. Born and raised in Royal Oak, Michigan,Meredith has always had a passion for the
beauty industry, particularly hair and makeup. In 2004, she decided to take a giant leap to further her career and moved to Los Angeles. Within months of moving, she was working on films, photoshoots (with some of the finest photographers) and LA Fashion Week. In the past, Meredith has worked for some of the biggest names in cosmetics; MAC, Laura Mercier, Stilla, Lancome, Smashbox and Benefit
Nancy F.-I have always had a passion for hair and makeup from a very young age. Both my daughter and I did modeling years ago. I decided to open a business of my own for
modeling and acting but it did not work out, however I did all of the hair and makeup for the headshots of our students. I have a license in Cosmetology and several
certifications from different makeup schools ranging from basic beauty to special effects and fantasy. I have been in the business if hair and makeup for over 15 years. I specialize in airbrush but I also do traditional makeup just as well. I started my career in TV doing commercials, which led to some film work. I also did fashion shoots for photographers. All of the media work included celebrities as well as every day people who want to look beautiful for different occasions. I also was very priviledged to assist a couple of personal makeup artists of celebrities which was one of the highlights of my career. I also do fantasy makeup including temporary tattoos and specialized face painting for all different occasions. Once I did a couple of weddings, I was basically hooked. I love working with brides and their parties of ladies, moms, aunts, etc. It is so rewarding to make a bride feel like a princess on her special day. Working with Tara has been very rewarding as she gives all of her girls chances to do what we all love. It was a pleasure and an honor to be asked to join her team. Erica Carr- Hair and makeup have been my passion since the day I could wear a ponytail
and turn a tube of lipstick. Growing up in the wedding business has taught
me all about brides and how important "THE DAY" is. I have 17 years of
experience and over 1000 weddings with a long list of happy clients. I have
done makeup and hair for not only weddings, but film, television, pod casts,
socialites and the everyday woman. I have also taught in beauty schools and
in front of thousands at the best hair and makeup conventions in the nation.

Amelia is truly a Las Vegas native. Having a mother as a hair dresser, she spent many days in the salon and developed a passion for the beauty industry. She began her career with Fairy Tale in March of 2003, and loved it so much she made a niche for herself in Las Vegas as a bridal beauty expert. Having serviced brides from around the globe, she has fine tuned her talent for bridal hair with exceptional quality and consistently, and continues to grow working with brides in the wedding capital of the world. She now proudly manages the Las Vegas division of Fairy Tale Hair and Makeup.
